There are a variety of buses that travel to Tijuana. The easiest is Mexicoach or Border Shuttle from San Ysidro.
If you are driving, there are parking lots (Mexicoach, Border Station Parking) on the U.S. side and the buses also pick up passengers by the San Diego Trolley station's south exit to the border crossing.
Once you arrive at the Mexicoach Bus Terminal (a.k.a bus station or Tijuana Tourist Terminal) on Revolution Avenue, you will see El Dorado's sign or blue & white awning across street as you exit the Mexicoach building.
