Once you cross the border, stay in the left lane. Follow the red lines on the driving-map.
Just before this lane starts to curl to the left (nearly 360°) and downhill, you will see a sign that says "Centro por C3ra, Revolución" (to center city, Revolution Ave., via 3rd Street).
Once you finish the curl you are on 3rd Street (3ca. or Carrillo Puerto). Continue straight ahead to the 3rd traffic light (Madero) and turn left.
Now follow the map to 7th Street (7ma. or Galeana) and turn right.
Look for Jai Alai parking on your left, next to the hamburger (hamburguesa) stand.
There is also parking at Leyva's (a taco stand + parking) at 1260 Revolution Ave., about 4 stores north of El Dorado and across from the Mexicoach bus station. Parking is available 24 hours/day.
There are lots of other parking lots in downtown Tijuana. Just look for signs with an "E" or the word "Estacionamiento" (Spanish for 'parking').
Find or ask for the Mexicoach building (bus station) between 6th & 7th Streets. Then look for El Dorado's sign or blue & white awning across street from the Mexicoach building.
