| El Dorado is located in Tijuana, Mexico at 1332 Revolution Avenue (Avenida Revolución #1332); on the east side of Revolution, about 5 stores north of the intersection of 7th Street (calle Hidalgo or calle 7ma), looking north toward the tall arch.
Look for the shop with a gold-vermillion 'El Dorado' sign above the turquoise-white awning next to the pharmacy (farmacia) and across the street (and slightly south) from the Mexicoach building (bus station).

The San Diego Trolley is a handy way to get to San Ysidro, CA. where you can take a bus or walk across the border; and then walk or take a taxi to El Dorado.
